i'm still not finding leah from colo tix, when i get her from colo tix

It states in Patch Note 1st December : - Faye (Guardian), added to hero summon permanently Yet in game it is in Event Heroes tab. Can we get some clarification?  Because If it's Event Heroes I would need to pull them before it's too late... maybe they haven't moved it , but yeah need clarification ...
