My drop rate seemed to be back to normal now after I logged out of my account. Getting 1 MC every few runs, at 104 now.

First week of event, MC drop rate looked normal to me. One or two MC every few Heroic runs. Managed to get over 60 MC in 7 days. Since ladder started, drop rate became weird for me.
