Hmm.. I think we need runes with the same number of slot for merge, and the result will have same number of slot with the 2 material runes.

At least thats what being communicated in the Thai facebook page.. they said , same rarity, same size (assume it is slot) and same type

Theia was available from gold summon, and should still be
But after the update to max 5* (27/04/17) ...not sure if she will still be available from the gold summon pool?
probably a good idea to summon her now if you don't have her >.<

About the runes, +15 those 1 dot 2* runes and they are enough to get you through every content with decent 4* equipments.
Even you can complete legendary capitol, its not easy to find full sets of 1 dot 3* and 4* runes.

I'm sure i'm not the first one saying/thinking this, but i'll be the first one to post on a feedback for the supposed changes for Raid Beta 2.0.
