I believe other than forums, valiant force should have a Discord channel so both the moderators and community can get connected easily. even to as close as playing the game together and discuss the game through chats and voice channels. this is the only discord group of Valiant Force that I found:  ...

Pre-register email is just for the team to send you the code. You can use another email to create game account, and use the code to claim for that account.

I see, thx but now my next issue is I can't press the social button to check my player ID. 

I pre-registered a long time ago and now I have a chance to play the game. I tried to log in with my e-mail but it says unable to find e-mail. Possibly I might had not clicked the link to verify my account but they still sent me e-mails and refer me as a pre-registered users (I even got codes).
