I'm quite new to this game. Just wondering how can i upgrade my shield from 3stars to 4 stars?

I have +15 my shield. Do I have enhance it fully too?

How about we swap 5* hero pull rate with 5* potential hero pull rate?
So people will have what they want >>> a screwup squad with crap strategy
