Ok, my mistake. Apparently, there is a failure rate even when upgrading from +0 to +1. I was so shocked when +0 failed to upgrade to +1 today lol! Lol... really?!! Good guide, but this part is wrong. It remains the same, will not change. I have enhanced over 6 piece of equip so far to higher star and nothing has changed. Another note:
1* equipment should upgrade to +1, 2* equipment should upgrade to +2, 3* equipment should upgrade to +3 for max profit per equipment. But, note that +3 has a failure rate.
