You'll eventually get better pulls so stick with them. Grand Ranger Cybella ain't bad. She's actually decent or great depending on your team. Since you mostly have PVE jobs, you should focus on doing PVE maps and get those gems from trials for more summons. IMO you shouldn't really be thinking abou...
