That's right! It has indeed become 3 tiers instead of 4. This is how the new tiering system works, which should reduce competition within the guilds, yet still encourage everyone to do their best! Valiant Force is working on something awesome for this! But it's unrealistic for combat speed to increase x4 as your units will suffer severe headaches from bobbing left and right...
