Let me get this straight... the unique quality of these series of heroes are on spawn effects with RNG factor? meaning if they don't activate on spawn, they just become regular units? I think the shorter CD with lower scaling would be more applicable for Healers to keep your team alive in PVE with frequent heals/shields. the developers really need to consider this and find a fix before more late game players start quitting.

All of SherBR's suggestions sound fair and implementable in game.
