Step 1
Click on the portrait at the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2
Click on the "Customer Service" button.
Step 3
You can type out your issue on this screen, and even attach screenshots!
If the in-game customer service option is not working, please send us a Private Message on our official Facebook page.
