Hi i'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but my game has been crashing since I reached chapter 7. Sometimes it'll crash by me just looking through heroes and doing quests is impossible as it always crash in the middle of the battle. anyway for me to fix it? 

My O.S is andriod 4.4.4
model is Samsung J1 Ace

Nope, so far i haven't encounter any clashes just game animation glitch and not show atk animation, poison, sleep, stun animation during arena.

Is there any word as to the status of this question? Asking since I've been having the same problems on my device.

The game just randomly crashes whether I am mid-battle or just browsing through my heroes or equipment. 
The crashes are most consistent and most frustrating when they decide to happen while I'm in the middle of an Arena battle and I'm forced to forfeit because of them.

Same here. Have been crashing ever since I started playing after finishing some chapters. Always crashing and having to restart the game sucks. Its the worst when it comes to arena. Been living this hell for months. Reported but didn't get a reply. and was a beta tester at the time.

I have this super annoying crash on my phone which seems to happen when I play a stage for too long.
Has been happening since Halloween event, but I always auto through them so it was not too bad.
However, in this event, I play tower on higher floors and just as i'm about to complete my game just force close itself every time.
I don't know what's wrong, it happened 3-4 times when I tried to clear floor 30 and I just resorted to using an emulator to clear the stage.
I tried adjusting the graphics quality and will see if it helps T.T
No problem with the Arena for me though, because my arena play are usually short ;_;

Same issue. VERY very annoying if we are in the 3/3 stage of fight, trying to kill the last boss and it crash. EVen worst if we had used 25gem to revive and then it crashes.. we lose both the gem and had to retry everything again.

I have the same issue, the game crashes when i play in multiple maps or tower(and also the event before).. I also neeed to restart the game before playing arena so that it doesnt crash..
