just asking, have you reached the level where you can upgrade to another lvl ?

Yes. Lvl requirement has been reached. Upgrade button is available but after clicking it, nothing happens

Hi Destiny, hows your town hall issue? I had the same issue too. Unable to upgrade the town hall from lvl 8 to 9. Any solution? Awaiting for your response. Thank you.

Hi Cyntia, i am still waiting for their response. Ticket has been submitted for more than a week already. Still not able to find any work around method. Have tried destroying and upgrading the alchemy building to max lvl again but still not able to upgrade the town hall.

Hi Satsuki,
Glad to hear that you're willing to pm them regarding unable to upgrade town hall. Apparently they've solved my issue with restructured my armor smith building again to level 1 (1/9) and now i have to upgrade them all way to level 9 again (takes too much time to upgrade them again and again). At least they could upgrade my tower according to my level as a compensation (currently i am at lvl 37 which i've fulfilled requirements for town hall lvl 12 if im not mistaken).

What abt me? Same problem yet I was told restart the game for the 3rd time without resolving my problem? I reinstalled the game, clear cache and data, same problem

Hi Fallen, send me your screenshot which level you cannot upgrade from Level x to Level x 
Make sure you have achieve or level up until the point where the Garrison can upgrade
