When i promote character (any character) to +1 or +2 , the screen that add on armor or cloth on character will be broken and spike.The game run smooth when that happen and i just need to exit the promote page and every thing os pk, but i think is better to fix this because i want to watch the promote screen ^_^

Using sony xperia M5.Wonder its my only problem or other people also facing these problem.

Do you have any screenshot for this? 

And have you reported this issue using the CS function?
