Uninstalled the game, entered my other account, it worked.

Logged out, then log my prime account back, still cant connect.

Is your main account a facebook login account?
Happening to my account as well not sure what is causing it. Able to login to my bf account which is email login.

Ya, but I think I also bind my account to the funplus email or something, cant really remember.
