My internet runs fine with surfing and stuff. But I havent get to play this version yet because the update takes too long to download. I am using ios to play. My friend with android went into the game pretty early. I came back home to download. took about 5 hours and still not even half way. Since I can't play tonight anyway I might as well restart the download if theres any improvement. 

I don't know if this is an issue on my end, or just any player using ios. Just that this is a concern. 

Also note that me playing on ios means that my hero pictures are not high quality. I have reported this before, but I just dont get why this issue can appear just because different device.

You're not the only one. Same thing happened in my iPad. Can't download the updates, tried restarting and everything, still nope. Deleted the app and tried to re download it but it's still stuck for hours.
But in my Android phone everything is smooth. As for graphics, you can change them in the settings.

Never mind. It's done now.
