Was about to enter into the master event stage and had set it to give 3x rewards. Selected my allies and proceeded. But the stage did not load up, no loading screen, just remained on the same pre-battle window. When I restarted the app, I was prompted to resume the battle, but when I selected resume, I get stuck on the loading screen. Tried restarting the event a few times and still had the same problem.
So i switched to another device to log in to the game and my 45 energy had already been used. On top of that, i can't get into the game with my first device unless if i agree to not resume the event, which i would still lose 45 energy. Anyway I can get assistance with this? Been pushing up the event ladder and 3 rounds is really painful.
