Hi, just yesterday Nov. 9, I can access my account but suddenly just before maintenance at around 4am Nov
10 it happened again. I cannot connect to the server. I tried my sub account and it can connect successfully. Only my main account with player id 32wxwz has that problem.

What seems to be the problem with my account? This is the 3rd time this happened to me and its almost every other day. There was also a time when I cannot log in but I got logged in the next day. Also, about the binding of the account, i had pre register email during CBT which i use to log in but I also binded my account in a different email for facebook. Is there a reason this might be the cause? I mean.. my account is binded within 2 different emails: pre-register email and facebook email. Thank you and I hope the problem will be fixed.

I cannot attach the file because the screenshot file is too large.. and I am using a phone right now sir. But the error is at the log in screen that always pop-up with the message "Unable to connect to server". I already tried everything: clear the data, clear the cache, force close the app, reinstall the app, restart the router, use data for connection and used other wifi connection, but still I cannot access my account. I also tried logging in using a different account and it connects successfully. Only the specific account which is my main account that cannot connect. Help sir.. what do I need to do? I also sent an email to the support team but all they say is that my account is "Active".

which means your account is on another device and the only way you can solve this is logout your main account from that one

No sir, I am only using 1 device for my account and I did not logged in on any other devices.

i suggest you upload the image to another host (facebook?) then copy the link and post here between [/img] card
