Due to an unexpected issue, we have activated the emergency server maintenance now.
Server Maintenance
Server date: 7th November 2016
Server time: 9:00AM to TBA
Note: Server date and time can be found in the Post Office building (mailbox) in the garrison.
If you happen to lose any gems or gold during the server instability period, please use the in-game Customer Service feature and send in a ticket with all the details once the server is back up.
We will also send a compensation package to all users within 24 hours once the server goes back up.
