Okay then I rephrase my statement.
Sven was blowing everyone away in PvP.
He was blowing everything away in PvE.
We want him to blow some away in PvP.
We want him to be strong in PvE, but not without a cost.

Keep the discussion coming though guys. With this feedback, I can push it to the exec team again.
Then I can't stress enough that:
1. The nerfs barely did anything for PvP, at least not at a very effective level on the area he excels in.
2. His PvE power was what attracted a lot of players in the first place, and all these players who have spend resources and effort raising him will just be left with a shell of its former self. Why not simply think of ways to improve on older heroes to even them up with him?
3. He's not even the strongest part of arena now. Tank teams are currently overtaking the meta, and they're a whole lot easier to build and strategize with. The most important part still is that he's still blowing a lot of enemies away, especially the softer portions of arena squads, which was one of the bigger issues he had in the first place, despite the nerfs, and instead left an even heavier impact on his PvE prowess instead.
4. The cost you've inputted is tying him to a specific squad set-up which absolutely killed a part of squad diversity that everyone wants in this game. In fact, this squad set-up is already popular and existent - it's not anything new. It's a really bad design choice on the developer's end.
