hey sorry a bit off topic, but i got a question. is the reflect really post-mitigation? if that's true then its terrible design-wise. the tougher you are the less you reflect. i thought it's like some of world of warcraft's reflect skills which are pre-mitigation, so no matter how strong you get, you don't gimp your reflect.Probably the most important reason is that Taunts do not work in PvP, so shields work better on a normal basis. Additionally, reflected dmg is higher without dmg reduction, as such, pally Faye is slightly more advantageous, since once she casts shield, you can just least her at a side tile, protecting the main tank or another unit with dmg absorb and reflect. HD can't tank in place of another unit because no taunt.
I cant verify that, but I using victoria paladin now, so when enemy hit me, i got slight damage and they got a high amount. So I believe its pre migitation, after the reflect, the remaining is the damage and the reduction comes in.hey sorry a bit off topic, but i got a question. is the reflect really post-mitigation? if that's true then its terrible design-wise. the tougher you are the less you reflect. i thought it's like some of world of warcraft's reflect skills which are pre-mitigation, so no matter how strong you get, you don't gimp your reflect.Probably the most important reason is that Taunts do not work in PvP, so shields work better on a normal basis.
