Are you having trouble deciding what to do with all the shiny equipment but with the wrong suffix? Are the stats too good to be used as fodder?

personally i don't like this. well lots of people asked for it i guess, haha (even i did at some point). not sure how this will affect the game though. 

i hope this only works for 6 star items (or those upgraded to 6 stars)... even then it will still make the strong stronger i think. xD i'm trying to imagine people with 6 star prestige equips with perfect stats!

well too early to judge yet because we don't know the cost to reroll suffix yet. hope they don't disappoint us~ xD i have faith!

maybe make it +15 to activate the function and back to +0 after the suffix change? nvm... that sounds like a bad idea.

But I'm sure they will make max upgrade equip reset after changing it suffix..

This doesnt sit well with me too. I dont know why but I feel something is wrong. Lol

First of all, I don't really know the exact way they are conducting this, but:

Does not matter the cost (gem or gold) or limitations, heavy P2P players will abuse this. - "Oh guys look at my new shining full might sufix full 6* set from prestige!" "All my rangers are in CRIT % Cap!"

And look, if Prestige 15 people have full access to full 6* set equips in perfect suffix, tell me, why would they keep summoning for new equips? Will the devs going to put 6* equips in the summon portal already? Is it not too soon for that? How Mid Prestige level players will compete with that? We need everyone happy here. 

I am against this act, even though I do support the game. The players disparity will be even higher, and it may even generate income losses for devs. So why do this?

I guess that, as we lose some portion of the player base devs are listening to even crazy ideas from feedback section trying to make people stay. Look, if devs are going to do something to please a small portion of the player base, it would be better to lose them to disrupt the RNG balance of the game. RNG is here to balance everything, so no one can have a total 100% full total perfect build.

Before doing such an important decision, we could had discuss this earlier and talk about implications of this new system to everyone.

To summarize how I feel about this change:

Before: Getting a perfect suffix is a bonus that could give you an edge. Most items are imperfect but usable.
After: Getting an imperfect suffix means you need to pay a tax (maybe multiple times) in order to get the perfect suffix. Whales have all perfect suffixes.

Bogey is a CBT prestige player, you opinion is really important this new system could really help you. So, if you are against it, it shows how the devs may be wrong implementing this new re roll system for equipment suffix. Please tell me. what you your other guildies think about this new system? Do they aprove or are against/neutral about it?

I also dont think this is a good idea. Take Diablo 2 or 3 for example. All items except unique and set items have randomized stats. Does that make the game less fun. No. In fact it is exactly that that the game has more variety. If you are able to change item suffix, what happens after you get the perfect one? What do you do next? You have the perfect team with perfect items, then what do you for the rest of the game?

I'm a p2p player, but I'm not VIP 15 and don't have 6* equipments from Prestige. All my equipments actually have nice suffix and decent status from it.
I actually supported the feedback about having some way to change the suffix.
But i think "how" they implement it is what matters.
Since the picture they showed us blurred the important detail about the "cost", I'm not yet sure how i feel about it.
The problem with rerolling suffix with only gem is, there will always be people who is willing to pay more than you, who is willing to reroll unlimited amount of times in order to get all perfect suffix and status. And that causes the gap between them and people who are not willing to do so. It would be a requirement for us to spend more to remain competitive.
So if that's the case, it would widen the gap between low to mid-spender and whales because the VIP15 guys are going to have 6* equips with perfect suffix.

But if the reroll is limited to some requirement, for example limit it by require a reroll item which can only be exchanged (limited times) from event or limit the number of times it can be done per each item, I feel it can lessen the RNG factor for everyone a little and not be too p2p oriented. 
It also depends if they plan to make more 6* equipment sets available to us soon. Now there is Heirloom set which means you can get 6* set for the Mages (a nice one too) without being Prestige 15. In lunar new year event they may have something similar for 6* sets of other classes.
