Calling all players let's help devs

Thank you for reading this topic ,I don't know if its on the right section, I just noticed many vf players are quitting left and right , I call all vf players to share your opinion why players quit vf from your own gaming experience or if know someone who quits the game and their reason, let's help the developers , so the game will be even better and more fun , thanks

1) Re-evaluate the one week event break, Already felt it was a bad idea from the start, cannot imagine it going well after a global launch with the new influx of players. As it stands, this past week will have been a no event/no raid week as a lot of guilds are finishing it within a week. A lot of people are moving on to alternate titles during this lull as predicted, with many choosing to not return. 

2) IF you are truly interested in getting player feedback, make it known in game or put an external link. As it stands, not many people visit the forums. And while I do feel it is their job if they want to make their feedback known, it is ultimately your game that is on the line. Just because there are people whining about something on the forums does not mean a majority feel that way. The players who are content will most likely be silent as there is nothing for them to complain about.

I think the general chat subforum is only for discussion.

Feedback and Suggestion would be better if you want to be heard.

Anyway, I have plenty of ideas to make the game better; a part of them are another person's idea, developer's idea that was unimplemented yet, and part of this is my original idea. Here they are;

Content

Add more story, back story, and lore to the game.

Who is Emma? Where is Ethan? Who is Leon's Father? There are many questions left unanswered since a long time ago.

Alongside this, I suggest to also add personal character quest with gem, tickets, or unique equipment to the character with level restriction.
Example : Kane's back story quest unlockable at lvl 1 with 25 gem as reward.
Kane's in-depth story quest unlockable at lvl 30 with an unique bow/accesory set as reward.

Add job story quest with job-related reward. 2-5 job keys or perhaps 3-4 star relics. Explaining the story why the character choose the job they have. This would add a lot of story aspect and make it easier to upgrade the job of their heroes.

Feature

Improve Friendship Bonus to 2x of the current bonus.
I've thought of this since a long time ago.
A low 200 crit bonus for a friendship leveled in 4 months or probably more? It's... Just sad.
Not to mention there are a lot, I repeat; A LOT of quitting players over these months and I have to remove blood kins, loyal, etc. And it hurts ;_;
At least by doubling the bonus, it would justify the effort needed to level the friendship.

Balance

1. Mystic
Mystics are underused in PvE.
In Every game I play, mystics are supposedly glass cannon, specializing in dealing high damage into a wide area. In valiant force however, they lack damage so much that they're obsolete in PvE.
The solution would be changing the calculated attribute used for normal attack from ATK to MAG.
They would be used in PvE because their normal attack would be decent enough.
And along with this, change the equipment set bonus for mystic's ATK to DEF, and Mystic Weapon's Main Attribute from ATK to MAG.
Change the wizardry suffix bonus from ATK and MAG to HP and MAG. They will still have low def, but tankier to magic attack due to HP.

2. Healer
Another underused class in PvE, Healers.
The long skill cool down beats their purpose of Healing. In 7 Turns, either the normal battle would be over or our party would be wiped out. While in other RPG, they should have high amount healing with long cool down or small healing with short cool down.
The solution is like how Mikan suggested a long time ago; changing their normal attack pattern from attacking to healing an unit by 30% of MAG. This would also means that developer need to change their attribute to MAG, changing ATK set bonus to MAG, and changing their main hand weapon main attribute to MAG. Similar to what mystics have.

3. Shadows
While Shadows are nice in PvE, they're losing their place in PvP as they are too paper to defend tile, and losing damage output to champions. In any game I play, every assassin or rogue class should have higher damage output than warriors, to at least one target.
While increasing shadows damage output may break the balance, increasing their range DON'T.

And hence my suggestion is by increasing shadows attack range by 1 tile. So they may be able to be a Mid-Range Attacker. They will be used more as an alternative to archers. Archers still win in range because they can attack anywhere on the map, while shadows need to move in some situation. The refresh skill in Raid set will have more use in this situation. BUT ! Also applying a penalty for attacking an enemy 1 tile away, like how ranged unit's damage penalty; 25%.

Minor Change

1. Shadows and Archers Accessory and Vanity.

I find it funny that archer accessories have random stat, and a lot of people are complaining when they get mag and HP as main stat. It's just unfair.
While shadows' are also weird, since they have naturally high crit, and crit is capped to 75% at 6800.
Increasing more crit would be obsolete and most new shadows use ATK as their main attribute for the skill.
The solution would be randomly distribute both ranger and shadows' accessories and vanity to be either crit or atk. will be more balanced and fair compared to other class.

2. Hera Faith

I always think that Hera Faith is the weakest in the game. They have B Grade in the attack grow, and D In the defense. They're paper, but not a glass cannon since their damage output is not that high.
I suggest to improve their MAG to B, lower that Hercules'. This will bring more balance since they will have a little bit more resistance to magic which light armored unit usually Have. And this will also bring more variety of build to mystics since I notice some mystics have a naturally high crit.

Also don't put story into the places where people could not see, like the last event which most don't know what tristan told darrion personally in the master stage simply because it's too hard for most players to clear!

How about making all hero active skill readily off cooldown at the start of battle? That way, any non-trigger type hero can choose to activate their active skill right away or wait for the proper time to use it (as some sort of trump card). But only apply it on Pve content. Keep the old system while on Arena.
In Dragon Nest, they have every single skill off cooldown at the start of dungeon, but on some PvP contents, players have to wait and plan differently because they enter the battle with all of the skill in cooldown (like how VF normally go).

Pros:
-it will make the previously near useless mystic/healer and the underdog guardians can be a lot more useful  since they can pick the timing to activate the skill freely, while offering another strategical approach on what part should the longer cooldown skill be used, since there may be no more chance for it to be cast again in the same battle due to the long cooldown.
-easier turn management (no more deliberate delay by leaving one mob alive before the final wave), which in turn will make PVE content with short number of wave to beome easier. (After Leon and Theia patch, all story mode stages have only 2 waves, which make it harder for non-trigger team to advance on higher difficulty.)
-open up wider range of options in building PVE squad.

Cons:
-some contents might become a little too easy, which lead to the needs to re-adjust it properly.
-...I don't know anymore, you tell me :lol:

One event per month is ok.

I am for quality not quantity.

i notice that u can pair every raid set with weapon or wing with at least a 2-set bonus ......but not mystic.....

why is it so unfair to mystic... the raid bonus seems the same.... and miracle is just useless against sven machine gun and archer triggers... (JUST WHO COME OUT WITH THESE IDEAS)

I like the concept of wings and capes for our heroes as our initial vanity items. Hmm just disappointed that some of the newer vanity items (raid sets) aren't that big enough to show off. Lol.
