Finally done with all the heroes, phew. Please do comment if you have anything to say. I'll probably start a separate topic for the valiant revamps because i realised that it will be too much for one post.

Mostly agree with the review.

But there is one hero that maybe in need of further review. Paladin Leon.

IMO, most paladin one weakness is that they will eventually kill themselves while trying to shield other hero(es) with their aura. In arena, there was one case when my enemy got a double kill because an already weakened Faye paladin activated her aura to shield my Lucille from Sven's wyvern attack. Both died at the same time. Paladin Leon does not have such weakness, and while he doesn't mitigate damage as good as other paladin, he actually can aid in killing instead. Not as fierce as Tristan, but at least Leon is not limited to melee range enemies.

His base def is also slightly higher than Victoria, so he'll heal a little more health. Not that it'll play a huge role in arena since healing is reduced significantly there.

On my opinion, he should be at least at the same ratings as Victoria, instead of lower than her. Not to mention that he's much easier to get since we are sure to get one when we start playing.

But yeah, I do not have Paladin Leon myself (I will build one if RNG give me a Leon, just because I want to test him in tankers team), and haven't got the luck to encounter him in any arena matches (I did once, but the AI of guardian mess the chance of him showing off his aura). IF his aura does not reflect damage immediately after activating, then yes, I may change my mind and agree with your review for him.

The problem with Leon is that his aura works best if you pair him with other high HP units (i.e. other guardians) and a full guardian team is only found in Arena. He's rated the same as Paladin Victoria in PvP (both B class as they play slightly different roles like you mentioned).

The slightly higher aura heal doesn't count for much in Arena like you mentioned and in PvE i doubt that slight extra would be enough to protect your softer units versus Paladin Victoria's damage absorb.

I gave both of them the same ratings except where Victoria is rated A while Leon is rated B. Reason being, Victoria can protect your squishy units in PvE as her aura absorbs damage while Leon's aura would deal damage to the enemy but you would probably lose the squishy unit. That's really the only difference between them since the rest of their set is pretty much the same.

Please let me know if you make any findings while using Paladin Leon. Would be interested to see him in action since I do not personally use Paladin Leon :).

+1 to a nice and fair reviews.

@MiloD, may we pin this section for future reference and the new users?

Thanks Zayler for the effort to compile this review!

Basically sums up everything. Some hero are still not balanced. (Kudos for you :D)

IMO, talisa warlock nerf is actually good. compare to the other job path, it seems balanced, ever wonder why warlock would deal more dmg than elementalist ? even talisa ele with higher stats than warlock , warlock still deal more dmg that ele.

Also, the talisa poison can purge away the resist effect, makes guardian easier to be knocked back meanwhile talisa ele only deal dmg and the pet stun is only 50%.

So.... this nerf might just balanced out the gap between this 2 job path.

Also, i think that they reduce the chances of Zedd MW and Luthor WD is to make full use of the talent tree.

The magic path of talent tree for mystic is +10 max skills level, i think that if you max that out, it will be 100% chances, but is only a theory... no one test it out yet... :?

ok.... MiloD just confirm that maxing talent tree will not make it 100 %...........

RIP zedd RIP luthor WD, you will not be missed.

I might have been a little defensive with my response because Talissa was actually the only Mystic that was viable in PvE. IMO the main thing i did not like was that they removed the Pet's 100% poison on attack. Mystics main damage output should be magic instead of the pet's physical attack.

Talissa is still as useful in PvP, that's why I only reduced her PvE rating. She's considerably weaker now since the poison damage was reduced and pet not triggering could really lose that almost win.

I see Talissa Ele as more of a utility unit with stuns and using her pet as a decoy rather than a damage dealer like Talissa Warlock. She's definitely the lesser of the two like Gladiator Drake vs Dragoon Drake.

totally agree, we need to find more way of utilizing mystic in pve.
