Eliza shard mixing

Hi guys, I colllected 299 Eliza shards but when I try to combine, the mixing screen shows zero. Anyone has the same issue?

I have the same issue!
Can't combine the hard-earned shards...
I have contacted the CS in-game and am now waiting for their response :|

PS: Shouldn't this be posted on Bug Report?

Thks for reply. Wanted to see first if I missed something since didn't see anyone posting this problem. Will also post in bug report.

I suppose it's because you actually need 300 instead of 299 shards.

On my part I collected exactly 300 shards, went to mix it, and after all has been done I found that all 300 shards have been used.

And yes, this is supposedly on Bug report.

Hi guys!

This is not a bug! The 1st Eliza shard is the base recipe item, thus you actually need 1+299 shards to create her card!

However, I will feedback this to the developers to try using another type of recipe item to prevent confusion in the future :D
