I pre-registered a long time ago and now I have a chance to play the game. I tried to log in with my e-mail but it says unable to find e-mail. Possibly I might had not clicked the link to verify my account but they still sent me e-mails and refer me as a pre-registered users (I even got codes). 

Pre-register email is just for the team to send you the code. You can use another email to create game account, and use the code to claim for that account.

I see, thx but now my next issue is I can't press the social button to check my player ID.

Your player ID is located at the Friend button on the right-side, Invite tab, then your player ID will be in alphabetnumeric
If you still cannot open it, please send us in-game customer service ticket for the issue

Are those emails already sent? Because I didn't receive any codes after I verify my pre-regis
I did register using the same email though when startin the game.

Check your box often also have a look on trash box and spam box
