While leandra and those equips are pretty much useless for me, i can understand it being a 3* locked.
We have playing since cbt so we have progressed and have our standalone teams, while pre reg rewards are not much to us, for starting player those are amazing and its made for them. So thinking of all the newer people coming in its fair.
Just hoping she will get a upgrade along the way, beautifull art.

Agree with what everyone is saying here: a 3*-limit Hero as a gift for pre-registration is extremely underwhelming, to the point that one must ask, "What is the point?" This is amplified by the fact that Leandra, a 3* Hero is being given only more than a week after the game launch. I'm not even a big spender and I already have a 5* going on and a few 4* going into 5*. What is but Leandra?
I feel like Leandra should've been a 4* Hero, or at the very minimal, a 3* Hero with higher stats than other 3* (to justify using her over other 3*), AND given at launch. There simply isn't any benefits in giving her to us more than a week after launch.
And this is so extremely disappointing because MY GOD is her design and artwork just gorgeous. I would love to have her on my team. But, this is a numbers game, and not a fashion show. Which means, one of the days she'll end up on our sacrificial altar as food for our 5*.
I feel like we can do something about the spirit wolf associated with her too. Maybe make a new class, like a summoner?
