Confirmed by this.hmm... alright because i'm pretty sure MW doesn't works and i don't see darrion life leeching works as well.. never tried rune, just assume that if darrion doesn't work then it rune should not work.sorry but vampire rune is work as healing.heal is heal, life leech is life leech. totally 2 different mechanics, so the answer is no.
I Tired life leeching and Mind Warder active life leech skill, it doesn't trigger anything. same goes to Darrion Blood Knight life leech.
try pvp with bogeyy his teresa use vampire rune and it make his luthor atk
