I got bunch of Zedd(s), not sure if I should be considered lucky.

I suggest that you stop sounding so entitled about your draws and think that with just your puny size sample of 32 pulls, you'd get the rate up units, it's sickening and makes you come across as ignorant on what you're talking about at best with all the 'I think the game's bugged' or 'god they ninja nerfed the draw rate'.

First off, it is entirely within the realm of possibility that you don't get any Miu or Cybella in one hundred or even a thousand x10 pull, if you didn't happened to know or learned about it, that's statistics for you, surprise! 

Second, your puny small size sample of 32 unit draws wouldn't even come near a conclusion that the event summoning rates are now severely lowered, heck, in most test concerning statistics, I personally don't even accept anything less than a thousand or even tens of thousands size sample, if anything, it proves that you have no idea what you're talking about, your first accusation is as what the moderator says, a false rumour. I would've felt a little bit sorry that you did not get what you want after all these but you just sound like some entitled typical free player brat so I'd say you deserved it.

my first 10x pull this event got me a miu
then i got another one from 3-4star ticket


i'm looking for cybella.....

Miu appeared on my second 10x pull , then from a 3-4* ticket, where's my cybella(s) RNGods ?

1 4* Miu from my first and only 10x event summon. Another 3* from 3-5* ticket. Both Ares. I'm not using any more gems because I don't want any more Mius and I already pulled 4 Cybellas prior to this event.

PS: If it helps, I didn't get any Zedd nor Winry after 40+ pulls in the Halloween event.

i did 9x 10 pulls, no miu. i should be the one complaining, not u. 

i did 6x10 no mius also

I just want to ask, everyone who does't have Miu yet (including me), how long have you been playing? I started a month ago.
