Fared easily but, still cant auto mode. If only Faye and Lucille are smart enough to time their skills apart  

The problem is.. the heroes does not hit the head first. And waste time on the wings.

Nadia gunslinger, Vincent berserker, and Faye Holy defender. I had one fodder in place and got another Nadia gunslinger as ally. Vincent main attacker, Nadia's secondary attacker and silence. Faye's taunt and shield to protect everyone and sort of delay the use of monster skill while Nadia's skill cool down. I noticed the tail does not cast the blind spell immediately when Faye is in taunt mode. Currently using Vincent berserker, Miu samurai, Faye holy defender, Nadia gunslinger, and Ronan mind warder to clear quest. Mind warder 4 turn delay cast o. The head. Miu blind boss, Vincent and Faye step forward. Then Vincent use skill, Faye use skill and just repeat cycle. Nadia's prioritize killing eggs. Vincent kills egg if it is about to hatch. Then everyone attack head while Nadia's attack tail.

4 Heroes completion - Team in the picture
I've just took out 1 out of my efficient 5 man fire lands 6 team and didnt expect to still fare well. Took 12 turns (2 turns skipping for skill) and spent 2 blind grenade to move to the front (Didn't want to take the risk, probably able to survive without the blinds). Friend was not used too.
