I feel the same. As Talissa is one of the summoners coming, I am looking forward to others so I can scale whether I have to train my nightsong now or later.Well, good thing that i not into Talissa. Cause her skill set not quite useful to me. Although having her for this event might proof useful to clear master. But I got 2 kahuana, so maybe dont need need her.
So see how the lucks goes. Heroic usually drop 1, you need about 9 each day to reach 120.

The rate is not that bad, and if you somehow don't manage to get all 120 by the end of the event.
You only miss Talissa. She is permanently added to hero pulls.

in my case, the rate is pretty good. I even got 3 crystals in a row. Don't mind on how the crystal drops, you are just being impatient.

She can still be pulled from the pool. The ladder is also going to be intense, depending on how high demand she is.

I get 16 our of 67 runs. not too bad. I think farming in normal is better?

I recommend doing it on heroic, as i got 2 on single run several times 
(Haven't tried farming at legend yet, maybe later after i finished my Soul Sentinel quest)

I think it's a little hard to drop because the current event map has too many items on the drop list, ranging from equipment, runes, crafting mat, and even gold bullion. Good thing there is only one thing inside the final achievement chest.
