So how much damage do you guys deal per run? I wanna know how low I am in the DPS ladder :')

On my own i deal 0.01~0.03 and with a busted ally i can manage 0.06 or something around those numbers , im quite weak , cant even do legendary event (and master).

1st Raid boss has 243million HP. In a full guild of 35 members, with 7 days reset cycle, the benchmark is 1mil damage per day.
If you can do that amount, you are carrying your own weight.

u will probably be higher than me XD I am averaging at 200k. highest record is 280k if they trigger a lot.

I usually do 800k-1.1m per run but this is with help of stun potion as that tail whip is problematic specially after casting my zerk's skill. Just time your cc before that happens and pray the summon snakes appear beside that giant so it will be cleaved along the way. It becomes a hindrance when it is summoned at the back of your squad xD

WIthout consumables: 385k / run
With consumables: 1+ mil / run

1.2 mils per run, but with lot of resources. 400-600k without items

1m per run with consumables
I'n guessing around 500k without. Hahahaha.

- Guild members to be rewarded for achieving certain milestones even if the raid boss is not defeated 

Does anyone know what milestone is it? 75% HP? 50% HP?  25% HP? and what is the reward? 
I think even with the lowered HP, the 1'st raid boss will be hard to kill in any developing guild, you need at least 30 active member dealing at least 0.5% damage daily to clear it in 7th day. and the main problem is to get the active member that can deal that kind of damage lol
