I can't wait to see how things unfold when..
1st Scenario
1. Dev buffs Lucille. Everyone use Lucille.
2. People who main Teresa will start flaming bashing with "make teresa shines once more" "nerf lucille" "Lucille too OP" "teresa has no place anywhere" "teresa is useless".
2nd Scenario
1. Dev nerf Teresa. Everyone use Lucille.
2. Rinse and repeat point 2 above.
3rd Scenario
1. Dev balances both of them to be on par on each other.
2. You think this is the best scenario? HA!
Players nowadays can't compromise. They only want to hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see. What's the point of balancing a valiant and a normal hero?
There's two sides to a coin, you can't expect a coin to land flat on both sides at the same time. If there's a winner, there will definitely be a loser. Then what's the point if being a valiant when a 4 star is stronger than a 5 star?
Why is Lucille a valiant? It was written in the lore. It is very vexxing and sad for their artists to find out that players nowadays don't give a flying +×÷= about their characters when they go through countless conceptualizing and characterisation only to end up being compared which one is superior instead of understanding the story behind her skill and creation which only the minority loves and bother to read.
Saying "Lucille should be kick from Valiant" is the same as telling your own son that he shouldn't have been born just because he isnt good.
You're denying their existences.
Back to topic.
Since VF is still in beta and coming to a global launch, you can expect Lucille to be buffed because she's a valiant. She can only go UP not down. As for Teresa, she will have her use but after being exploited so much, the dev will make her lose out to Lucille either increasing Lucille healing output by increase turn count or introduce a status effect that will make Teresa's heal less effective (for example, heal effect -15%, in which case Lucille with high MAG will heal more than Teresa) or negate shield effect etc, increase aura effect or chain/synergise aura effect after certain conditions are fulfilled. Basically, hold your horses.
Point is.. we want to hear constructive feedback, not complain with no insight.
