same set up with different quality make a big impact, i cant see your squad. only score? come on share your result with full pic,  
i guess you have LB squad team

13th turn even my faye full hp and shield,she will die. you said that 16th turn, yeah...i can imagine it. Faye HD with HP more than 20k, so lucille can hold skill cash until 11th turn, then ninja cash skill at 13th turn. is it right?

What do you recommend the min HP/DEF/MAG for a healer to survive until they can cast their skills?
I haven't raised any exclusively.. Best I have right now are Teresa Priest+1, Lucille Sage+1 and Elseia+1.

i dont know what exactly turn to cast skill. i dont use teresa archbishop nor inquistor. teresa's shield is not good enough to current event, imo.
but ...... you can try your squad to event dungeon. if your squad cant hold damage by monster and your teresa/healer/shielder ready to cast skill, then thats time to cash skill, if your squad still can hold damage, maybe hold skill until next turn. 2x or 3x are enough to know your squad's potential. if your healers cant survive before skill ready, thats mean your hp and def is not good enough, so up their hp/def 

recommended hp/Def/Mag:
1. lucille inquisitor dont need higher MAG, the most important from lucille inquisitor is shield... so push HP/Def to max potential for durability
. Teresa: her shield is Mag base, so push Mag to the limit. i dont know what exactly
2. Lucille Sage path, i dont have one, but i think sage path is not good healer and dont have shield. you can use her for battle healer type since she is good att potential skill and aura
3. Elesia, i dont like monster type, cant use equip, only rune and limited potential. so use it only for backup until you have good one hero

Im just a low tier spender. Prestige 7 atm. Just enought to catch up with players who started november 1. (I started nov 19). The highest limit break i got at the moment is level 34 cybella gunslinger.

Opting for rank 1% or higher tier prize so i cant really post my set up i cant compete with whales if i show my set up :p

im not interesting to ladder at all, so no problem for me to show everything i have

You should be hahaha. Got myself to rank 1% on previous event without spending any gem for energy considering i didnt have miu. I also finally got myself to rank 31 at the end of arena season :p

Past 13 turn, the damage became really ridiculous, even with shield up and damage mirgation, still a 1 hit kill, and the boss skill is even worse. Haha.
I agree that lucille dont need mag, even in normal situation. Rune wise, HP/DEF is diamond in every place. So if u got them, keep them, damage and crit is for attacker.
That to say, when you up mag, it lower damage from skill, so if you have a individual arena squad, then your backline need mag and def.
