I think it is just spoilt by one bad egg. But don't let this pooper spoil the mood Glad there is Valianite, and can't wait for other improvements!Isn't this supposed to be a VF-Appreciation thread? The single thread in the middle of Negative Threads? Hmmm Hope, I lost and Trolls I found. Teeheeeeeeeeeeee
Aight, fair point.Pros:
• Very fun and the most F2P friendly game I've played so far (though I've already spent a couple hundred of bucks). They're very generous to a fault and you can literally get with or without spending money for gems but I'd recommend buying Emiko's package at the very least.
• Great character art.
• Lots of events and are mostly newbie friendly.
• Devs, for a first, really listen to the community.
• Valianites. One of the best features that both F2P and P2W can take advantage of. Will obviously need to put a limit to Hero Selector though similar to Valiant Tickets.
Cons:
• Most Heroes are basically "copies" of other heroes with regards to their skill and auras. This might be not a bad thing though because from what we've seen, new heroes with new auras made other heroes of the same role obselete (ex. Guardians and Faye).
• Gets repetitive very quick after a while. Well, to be fair all games are like that especially Mobile Games.
• Summon rates are very abysmal and from what I've seen, devs/mods specifically avoid this topic.
• Events are fine but we'll eventually need more update to the main story. Personally I think the story was weak.
• Balancing takes too long. Even one of the Valiants, Berserker Freya, is underwhelming compared to a non-valiant character (Berserker Vincent) and they've never touched her.
Overall, I love the game and the developers. The cons can be easily fixed with a few tweaks here and there. Keep up the great work.
Edit:
@Arclaine
Please stop being an entitled millennial and stop being toxic. FYI some people have spent more than you and you don't see them complaining anywhere. I can even say I've easily spent more gems than you have. I'm no white knight, I've had my fair share of complaints with the rates but I'm not stupid enough to bash the devs for implementing something to solve it because people like me have complained in the past and they listened. You simply don't bash someone for giving a solution to a problem.
