From Prestigue Lv.10 to Lv.15, there is "Event keys increased by x". Does that mean gold/exp/rune event keys increased by x if I reach that prestigue lv?

Sort of. To be exact it only gives more event keys if that day has extra entries for that particular event. i.e. during Sunday all 3 events get the bonus entries; during Monday only the gold mine event get the bonus entry.
