How to switch out inactive guild leader

My Guild leader has been MIA for 2 weeks. Anyone knows if there is a way to switch out the guild leader, but is it basically screwed and I have to look for new guild?

Find a new guild, what are you doing in one with an inactive guild leader?

I didn't notice the leader was inactive until recently. And then I stayed on to just to complete guild quest and collect chest.. lol
SO anyone willing to take a level 73 active SG player?

Basically find a guild with at least lv20 to join, I'm pretty sure over 99% of the guild max guild-based upgrade first. You can join mine though but its only lv21 and filled randoms and f2p player, and I have couple of friend in it.
