By saying RNG at work, it means there is no confirmed 100% of getting a certain unit after XXXX gems draw.

There is no system which promises a confirmed draw, it is purely RNG now.

Hope this is clear enough.

My brother got 3 3* Cybellas from second 10x draw xD
So in the end, is RNG base not bug, knives097 xD

I got my Miu from a 3-4* ticket. Rolled 3 times no Miu as well. RNG is stronk.

I suggest you stop pulling  Might have more luck with all those random hero tickets from the event.
