Something seems off. Even my guild members with full 5* team can't pass 15th floor at -11% so I don't think 4* team that is not fully trained can go that far. The only possibility is that they may keep using endless gems to continue but I don't feel this is the case.

It is possible. A solo Miu with 6k+ attack can clear until 29. Some others say 31. 

Can borrow Miu from strangers + gem revives.

In above case though, looks highly unlikely. 

Game is full of bugs.

Faye shield is not working on the entire party, characters occupying the same tile as monsters in manual mode, etc. etc

I will not be surprised that there are players that managed to hack the game.

My bad, I forgot to exclude Miu when I posted coz my guild member does not have her. But those two squads in the picture don't have Miu and doesn't seem to have squad depth to support friend's Miu to solo the tower that far. Plus, the one who raises question is the guild master/member who is the friend of topic author.

Similar to my Ex guild member.. floor 34 with un train 5* etc.. Even me.. with my Ally Miu 8k atk etc aka good stats.. cant solo that much haha

Btw I test myself bring friends' Miu with 5k-6k attack along with 4 fully trained 5*. Letting all 4 heroes of mine doing nothing at all, Miu can do enough dirty work to beat -2% 20th floor on hter own. 2 fully trained 5* range units were killed while the other 2 heroes suffered some damages but alive. 5k attack Miu did wipe the whole floor but really not sure if it's possible without good squad surrounding
