Hi,

I just did 80x premium summons in hope to get Sven. All I got was Izumi/Kahuna/Luthor/Theresa.

Is this normal? I am starting to slowly lose interest in this game as I have never once got an event unit on an event itself regardless of the times I summoned.

This is probably the first time I felt so absurd spending so much money and not gaining an ounce of benefit from the money spent (VIP rewards aren't that great).

The rate is very low to begin with,
and other people will say that it is just RNG at works, 
but i just want to tell you that you are not alone,
my guild leader spent 8000 gems with 0 sven,
and he buy his sven using the valianite,

i got my sven by spending 1200 gems,
but usually i also never hopes to get the rate up units,
some other people said that they spent 2000 gems getting 0 units that is potential to evolve to *5.

in the end, 
i don't know whether it is normal or not,
but slowly more people getting fed up by the summoning rate lol. 

An advice, don't go all in one shot, take 2 pulls then come back an hour or so.
Even if don't whale, also can save 1k gem per week with event and arena. Just don't rush.

You can thank Kynako for this, is it due to him or her? We will never know. But I'm sure the suggestion must have been taken into account and done its part already.

Sorry you have such bad pulls. But like the rest suggested, dont pull so much at once.

All of us have those bad days. But we have to understand that rates up doesn't mean its a given that you get it if you pull alot.

In fact if you want a better chance, do a single hero pull. Why i say that? Because RNG is based on the time you pull plus a certain other factors. Pulling 10 at once narrow the time factor to milli sec and if chances that you don't get the right moment, you 10x pull won't hit the jackpot.

example you go to a shop to buy lottery, the guy offer you a 10 ticket pack and a single pack. Chances are the 10 ticket pack are from the same batch while each single pack is from different batch.
It works the same way.
But still buying 10 single ticket won't guarenete you one win.

Rates up or not, there are over 200 heros to pick from.

I have spent 5000 gems with no Sven. But I already bought him with 20 valianites since the event started. The improved rate does not mean guarantee. I used to say this in old thread too. Even if its 3% to get Sven now, u can fall on 97% side for all 100 times u roll. Not that u will get 3 Sven out of 100 attempts.

At least they improve as per players' suggestion and now put event hero in valianite shop, as drop in event and as event milestone. I think u should consider valianite shop option.

I am pretty much certain they ninja nerf the %drop lately...

lately? i eat dust on day 1 xD not much, just average 2800 gems no event hero, 3 cybellas, but there will be pulls worth 3 valianites in between (winks*

No matter how bad your pull is you can't compare to me who played 7k until now and haven't even pull 1 rate up hero. You know I've been playing 7k for 2 over years and VF just started about late last year?

I can even tell you I haven even pull a 7K from summon nor fusion and yet I still play them.

Yeah, my friend also whine that he never got any special heroes from 7K. He played since January 2016, and managed to lure him to VF 2 months ago lol
