crash rate up or hero rate up?

Yup a lot of crashes on ios
I expected it to be fixed, do we have to wait for the next big update ?
Half of the people in my guild said they are on the verge of quitting due to the crash since last event. They can't farm event even they are able to complete it because it takes like 3 attempts to complete 1 successful run and they get frustrated over it when the game is supposed to be fun and relaxing....
Hope it gets better soon
