He is now using his true ninja "turtle" formation..
If u are Chinese u would understand "turtle" means what lol..

Someone who is really knowledgeable would advise accordingly base on each ones capability and not just using your wallet to tell others which is workable or beneficial.. we are just F2P, free to play..

Maybe someone can tag that "turtle" in valiant force Facebook...

Sad to say, My Shizu went to Ninja path, though i using her extensively now for the event with her tanky stats. 5k defense (because of the faith also). I suppose if i have made her into samurai, she will be very useful in pvp.

At least she's a ninja and still be useful in gold mine, this events, and could be paired with ninja Kai also.
On the other hand, Magebane Shizu rarely triggered and has the longest CD among the other Shizus. (7 CD) 
Not to mention, what's MAG stats even doing for her? >.< (I thought it would somehow buffed her skill and magic defense a little and make her a more skill oriented Shizu which I felt not the case right now)

And people only complained about Zerker Freya to be buffed

i agree with arena fight with AI is all about tactics over bruteforce 
this game is well balanced enough to use any team with any heros and make it to top 50
 
all top players know that AI team with tanks are easy to beat 
im easily slaughter those team with perfect 14-15 score

ps. u dont have to insult other to make ur method somewhat looking better

Magebane isn't all that bad. She's abit underwhelming on PVP though because of the inconsistent aura due to low chance, low atk trigger, 1-turn stun passes in a blink of an eye. Her skill is great though to stop multiple units, just abit sad that it requires 7-turn before it can be used. And thanks for the support!

While I did say that Ninja is kind of a waste to for on a very limited resource like Shizu, it doesn't entirely mean that Ninja is a really bad class. It is very good indeed, alot of usefulness whether it's PVP or PVE. It's just that for a limited resource (valiant), I would rather have Kai invested on Ninja (up to MLB) simply because there's really not much other class Kai can go for.

I never insulted anyone. If you're referring to the word "hypocrisy", then tell me, is it NOT a fitting definition?
1. That guy said Ninja is best for Shizu. Yet Shizu is nowhere to be seen already on his Arena lineup.
2. He said that Gladiator Freya should be on the 2nd row yet his lineup now consists of a Gladiator Freya but positioned in the front row.
3. He kept overrating BK as best for Darrion and his usefulness on Arena. Now where is his Darrion? It's also nowhere to be seen on his lineup.
Is this NOT hypocrisy? Is this guy not being a total hypocrite?

Another thing, please tell me where I said that my method is better. I had a somewhat disclaimer on my introduction and there it says, "While I do agree myself that my arena team setup isn't the best". The point of the thread totally flew over your head. The point was about a certain underrated PVE unit is actually excelling in arena, a 4* unit still being viable in the 5k trench AND a tip to take other people's tips with a pinch or even a bucket of salt as they might be just tunnel visioning due to being blinded by their own prestige levels forgetting fundamental aspects and factors of the game.

Yes. Kai actually can only go for ninja and assassin, because the other 2 classes is too inferior to shizu. I go for ninja shizu because i have a assassin kai and plan to LB it. Sometme, its not worth it to switch place with enemy, esp boss level where the slient is very useful. As i having a chaos knight darrion soon, so he will be that can switch the boss while taunting it, why keep the boss wasting its turn going towards it, and silenced.
I hope i get her again on the next ticket, so i can go for samurai, even though faith is still a problem for us right now.

CK Darrion also excels at PVP! I actually want a Darrion and I'll make it an offensive CK able to tap for alot of damage after getting mid-tile. Though I really have alot of different plans, I'm still mostly focusing on PVE. PVP is secondary for me.

With the idea of making your next Shizu a Samurai, do note that having her in the team would also mean you need to re-adjust your composition into something that will benefit alot from her aura or skill. She can be a standalone for trigger fests but having another trigger team surround her also works really great.

CK's great, but having to make a Darrion into a CK seems kinda wasteful when Victoria CK is only very slightly weaker than him. Also, I would say while Shizu samurai's aura sounds like a godsend for trigger lineups on paper, it doesn't quite do what it has been described to. What it actually does is give that unit (lets call him unit A) in the aura that is attacking a 30% chance of striking again, as opposed to also giving units B and C (also in her aura) a 30% chance to attack when A attacked. Shizu samurai attacking an enemy herself only gives herself the chance to strike again and doesn't trigger anyone in her aura to attack, as opposed to magebane/warlord's aura.

An ideal trigger lineup would consists of warlord, magebane and 3 archers. I myself tried to put up a trigger-fest lineup with a samurai; no, it doesn't work.
