You need to replace any 4* for legendary act 4 regardless of whether you are f2p or p2p. The 4* stats are generally too low to be useful there.She's not terrible, in fact I still have her on my main pve team.
You might want to replace her eventually tho. Her aura is useful as well if you can last hit with her.
Unfortunately I'm f2p and I will need to replace her if I decide to progress act 4 legendary.
