so in the new event there are these ranged dragons who will always shoot my healer and mystic. is there something i could do to make them hit my tank instead? other than taunting that is.

Improve their DEF. Mobs mostly targets those that have low DEF because obviously, they are easy to kill. Sometimes, they can target your tank though, instead of constantly targetting your weak units.
