How does arena matchmaking works? i'm always battle up againts silver 1 2 3, while im just bronze 2, is it based on world rank? or based on win/lose? 

I think based on rank. But in all honesty, there are just a few hundred players now. The system might not be working as it should with so few players T___T

Yeah, not that many playing rank right now especially for players who are F2P ( Free-to-Play).
