Holy Defender, Paladin or Dragoon?

Hello guys! I'm kinda caught in between getting either one of these to 5*. I've got a Victoria Crusader and a Lancer Vincent atm and I'm not too sure which would be more beneficial for me to promote and clear the story. My current team,
5* Shizu magebane, 4* Vincent lancer, 4* Theresa Priest, 4* Cybella Hunter/Marksman (I swap both once in awhile) & Isabella. So, my question would be whether to promote Vincent or Victoria. And if Victoria is recommended for clearing story, whether holy defender or paladin. Thanks guys!
