Hi. I noticed that the 3 stars Isabella silences all enemies while the 4 stars invoker (which has the same skill) silences only the targeted enemy. Is it a bug?

No it's not
Actually the skill upgrade change your aoe silence to single target silence

so a 3* isabella is better than her 4* version? lol

i have both 3* isabella(athena) and 4* isabella(zeus) though haha

I recently got Isabella again so maybe ill keep her 3 stars...effective in arena i think. maybe just buff her in items and runes and stuff

What do you mean summon on turn 2? 

Also, how did you find out? I keep reading the description on her skills from 3 stars to 4 stars and it does not say that it went from AOE to ST. hmm maybe i read somethign wrong there? Hope you could help enlighten me oh BTW im a newbie in this game hehe

Its not, 4* Isabella used to have aoe silence but it got nerf from the recent balance patch. Generally, 4* units with 5 turn CD silence is way too strong in the arena and everyone had her in their team back then. Hence, she became what she is today.

Well that's just nice hahaha. Thanks for the enlightenment! oh boy! She is still useful, right? Or now that I have Zedd, not anymore?

She's not terrible, in fact I still have her on my main pve team. 
You might want to replace her eventually tho. Her aura is useful as well if you can last hit with her. 
Unfortunately I'm f2p and I will need to replace her if I decide to progress act 4 legendary.
