I'm having trouble levelling up my Units to +1 or +2 because of the lack in fodders, do you have any suggestions where can I farm one? And getting Job Key will take a long time before I can upgrade one

I either wait for 400 gem pulls, or usually just do the 45k summon and feed @_@ not super efficient but ehhhh sometimes I get a couple of 3* heroes to feed my 4*s.

To my surprise, somedays I get like a lot of  free hero summon tickets (like up to 10?) from achievements and daily quests, so try to check if you have any of those close.

Completely random, sometimes I can get them 2 times in a row, but sometimes not even for a full day, though they never appear in events (I think...?)

yeah, and then that's when I'll be broke with gold T_T, anyway, Just need patience from now on. LOL

fodder like 1* or 2* is easy to get.. the problem is money.. its only give little % to training.

3* a bit harder.. its random encounter.. either hero or chest.

just farming at normal campaign with 2 energy for efficientcy (seems like 3/4 energy or heroic legend difficulty still have the same chance for random encounter). Choose map with gold drop.

hope to get 3* hero from random encounter. and even you dont encounter you still got gold to sell.

* you could leveled up your 1* or 2* fodder to maxed level and sell it if u want to. 
lvl 10 1* give 2k gold, and lvl 15 2* i forgot how much but about 4k + i think. you choose is it worthed it or not.

look at the drops which is located on the lower-middle of the page when picking a stage. If you see a gold ore, then the stage drops gold(ores).

act 4 drops 3* gold bars

Spend 45,000 for x10 gold gacha then fodder them

yeah did that, too bad the package is limited to 1 time purchase
