Once your hero get to 5* +2 max training, they can limit break using the same hero of the same class to increase the max level (+2 lv. each time, max 5 times).

For normal 5* potential hero like Zed, it's also up to whether you will pull more units with gem in the near future (if yes, wait), whether you have other units to build first (if yes, wait) and whether the unit is essential for your planned main team (if yes, consider build the unit).
For your Kane the Athena faith is really bad, may want to reroll before raising him in case you get Hera or Ares you can raise him to the suitable class.

Is it a bug that when I attack with shizu assassin then she crits then before she can finish attacking I move units in her aura and once the unit moves it gets refresh too?

1) the freya you want to use as fodder is not locked for lbing
2) the freya you want to use as fodder is not in any squad
3) the freya you want to use as fodder is not your avatar
