Kai - Rogue (Zeus) - Shadows are underwhelming now, they die easily everywhere. I wouldn't build Kai into anything.
Zedd - Mage (Ares) - Either path is fine, go Elementalist if you want to nuke your opponents, or go Mind Warder if you want to delay your opponent's skill turns, and still nuke them but not as hard as Elementalist.
Cybella - Archer (Kratos) - Go Grand Ranger to buff others in Aura and Knockback+Sleep enemy (IMO only good for PVE and Capitol Defense), or go Sharpshooter for best single damage (Good for bosses/enemy with low MAG) and snipe those nasty Mystics in arena with normal attack and hope for critical.
Teresa - Acolyte (Kratos) - Limit Break

I wouldn't worry about their faiths right now, yes they are all bad but there might be a change in the feature in which we reroll faith in the future. So lets hope it can be better.
Since you're in a bind on which path your Teresa - Priest (Athena) should be going, let me explain a few good and bad things about them the way I see it.
Teresa the Inquisitor - She gives consistent heal every turn which can be good in PVP since turns come after every single Hero action, but not so good in PVE since one turn comes until everyone has moved. Her skill to AOE heal and remove negative effects doesn't shine so much, because most if not all the time your opponents cast AOE debuffs which also affects her and they all come and go together so kinda redundant unless they make her passively immune to debuffs, this applies to both PVP and PVE. Also the extra 10% heal every turn for 3 turns is not much, because once you reach deeper into the story, mobs hit so hard 10% seem like nothing.
Teresa the Archbishop- The popular choice now, she heals at 75% chance whenever others in her Aura get hit. That's already a high chance in my book, coupled with extra 5% heal than Inquisitor. Her skill to AOE heal and shield everyone with extra HP for 2 turns can be a godsend at times. I usually use it to prepare for enemies AOE skill, especially from those Mystics and it saved my hide numerous times. I don't really know any bad points about this path, maybe the 25% chance not to heal others if they get it?
