So... Hi again! I'm back asking for some wisdom!! Shout outs to Dango who really spent some time to give me some in depth advice which i followed... haha well my team has grown quite a bit since and my recent goal is to get a strong trigger team and clear capitol legendary. Below is my current team, just stacking the trigger auras up as much as i can, though not really as effective as i hoped. Id like to think my toons are pretty decently geared but i prolly dont have enough experience with the game to put the right characters in to balance out offense and defense. SO HELP ME PLEASE! with the characters i have is it possible yet to beat legendary capitol or fireland 6 ?

Vincent Warrior Hera[I've bought the lunar bundle, so i figured id wanna use him because i have no 1st line offence. Now i really wanna set up a trigger team that can clear Capitol Legendary, so i want to make sure I have the right team. What do you guys think? Should i go Warlord for the 80% atk trigger or Dragoon(i think) with the aura stun trigger? Reallyyy need some advice guyss]

I'm pretty sure you can clear legendary capitol with your current team. If you want to clear it easier, you should build a vincent berserker and replace him with the GR or GS.

Sigh i can get past the waves but when the bosses skill comes it clears everyone ..

There're two general way to deal with the boss. 1. High damage or 2. CC lock.
Your current team has some CC but lack damage ish. Maybe if you get lucky you can keep trigger and stun with mage bane. But that is very unreliable. 
You can either get another hero with a stun skill and keep the CC rotation going or build a zerker and kill the boss in 2-3 turns.

Ronan mindwarder alone can reduce the boss to 1/2 hp. Try swap, berseker skill, ronan skill, sleep. Next turn hell be dead on serker's 30k damage

yeah you clearly lack of damage dealer. after you stun/sleep balthor (which is not always does), of course you'll need to finish him off and that's where champion class come in.
my squad is quite similar to you and i'm quite lucky to have freya warlord to do that damage.
my squad list:
-faye hd
-warlord freya
-kai ninja / samurai shizu
-kane gs
-ronan mw

first i use faye skill right on 2nd last wave just to get cd faster but still get balthor taunted to her. then swap with ninja, ronan missiles, warlord skill, stun with gs. his hp would be halved by that.
if he get stunned i'll get attacked by balthor one time before i use faye to taunt him again. if not then 2 times attacked and likely one unit will die if i didnt use potion. well worst case with my setup is one unit will dead but it's okay because balhor will be killed by warlord's skill or ronan skill. ronan dead, warlord and ally vincent berserker will kill him. if anyone but ronan, another missiles to finsh him off.

so in your case i suggest to add vincent berserker to your squad.

Same opinion as the others, you need a vincent berserker. I have a hera vincent and it's good enough to place me in top 200 arena.

I clear legendary capitol with ease now since i have ronan mindwarder. Now i don't need to stun/sleep balthor anymore. 

I just use 5 skills all together, ronan mindwarder 45k, cybella gs 12k, cybella gr 12k, vincent berserker 24k and samurai shizu 16k.
